This was the Geeky Guys first official convention outing, in 2014 we ventured down to London to attend MCM Comic Con at the Excel Centre, we was immediately impressed by the size of the venue & also pleasantly surprised to see so many food & drinks outlets & lots of seating for those with tired legs as well, the rooms laid out for the talks / Q&A’s were big & well organised, as this was our first convention we didn’t book lots of photos & talks as we was not sure what to expect, however we did get to meet Felicia Day & also our very first Doctor & indeed companion, Sylvester McCoy (7) & Sophie Aldred, we very much enjoyed this convention & we are very much looking forward to attending another one of these MCM conventions in the very near future.
